Warriors of Humanitarianism Undertook Cleanliness Campaign in Perth
The passion for rendering selfless services to the society by the Dera Sacha Sauda followers can be traced back to 1948 when His Holiness Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj had established Dera Sacha Sauda in Sirsa (Haryana). Abiding by the teachings of His Excellency Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, they undertake the social welfare activities that make a difference. A few members of this welfare crew moved to Perth 5 years ago. They have been actively participating in humanitarian activities since their relocation in Perth. These highly proficient volunteers, who are expert in humanitarian activities, organize Blood Donation Camps, Cleanliness Campaigns and Tree Plantation Drives on frequent basis. They are not at all pressurized to conduct such campaigns or participate in. However, their dedication for serving the humanity and grace of the Almighty God motivates them and they get immense peace and joy.
On the 15th July 2014, the members of Shah Satnam Ji Green ‘S’ Welfare Force Wing and the Dera Sacha Sauda followers undertook first ever Cleanliness Campaign at Daddow Road (Kewdale) Perth, Australia. It was quiet a big bush area along the Tonkin Highway, which was spruced up by the volunteers in a matter of minutes.
The area was filled up with the waste papers, bottles and cans which people had littered around there. The campaign was targeted to commence at 9:00am and culminate at 12:00 pm to clear the entire region. However, the skilled volunteers accomplished the task till 11:00am.
20 bags of garbage were collected by the volunteers. The members of the council who organized the event were highly amazed to see their passion and dedication. They whole heartedly thanked Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan and appreciated their services rendered in Australia.
